David’s Art

Miscellaneous

These are slide shows of my work over the years. Many just experiments with the first digital cameras. However, the featured image above was taken on a professional camera (after years of experimenting) and took first place in a national veterans art show. Then it, along with the winners from different categories, hung in the Smithsonian for six weeks.

Some contain nudity, tasteful nudity, and you’ll notice that at least 80% of the time, my models are just ordinary people, without makeup, simply being captured by my eye.

I hope you will enjoy them.

Such a delightful, playful young woman who came to help me experiment with a new camera.

Again, these are all experiments. Might be a bit to risqué for some, but they are experiments.

This is an initial workup to see how she photographed. Her life got busy and she never showed up again.
