This recipe is simple, you’ll have it whipped up in seconds. Of course, you do have to make the coffee the day previous and store it in the fridge.

Ingredients

16 oz Previously Brewed Coffee (chilled overnight)
4 Scoops Vital Proteins Dark Chocolate Collagen Whey Protein
2 rounded Tablespoons Powdered Erythritol
2 scoops Better Stevia

Directions

Toss everything in a blender with ice, and in few seconds you’ve got a healthy and tasty, morning pick-me-up.

Serves two.

The amount of erythritol and stevia can be modified, less if you want it less sweet and more if you want it more sweet, but remember, erythritol and stevia together counter each other’s aftertaste.

Optional Additions

If you’re like us, you just can’t stand to not futz with a recipe, so okay, here are some delightful additions. And you know which ones are healthy and which ones are less healthy already.

  • Banana
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Caramel
  • 1 – 2 Tablespoons Chia or Flax seeds (chia seeds blend best if powdered)
  • 1 – 2 Tablespoons Hemp Hearts
  • ½ Avocado
  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter
